Nishit Sahay is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Marvell Technology. He is responsible for leading IT, the Data Office, and Enterprise AI, driving the company’s digital transformation strategy, strengthening its technology infrastructure, and enabling the deployment of advanced AI solutions.
Before to joining Marvell, Nishit served as a technology leader at Maxim Integrated, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives that streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in multiple transformation programs focused on business process optimization and technology integration, building deep expertise in aligning IT with enterprise growth strategies.
Nishit holds a Master of Science in Data Science from UC Berkeley, a Master’s in Technology Management from The Wharton School/SEAS, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.

Chief Information Security Officer
Paul Milkman is the current Chief Information Security Officer for the Americas (CISOA), responsible for overseeing cybersecurity across our Combined U.S. Operations (CUSO) entities. In this role, Paul leads the development and execution of a comprehensive information security strategy to protect information assets and technologies while ensuring information security risks are identified, evaluated, mitigated and reported.
Paul joined MUFG in November 2023 as the Chief Risk Officer for Information Technology for the Americas (ITA). In this role, he was responsible for improving and overseeing the Information Technology Risk program and collaborating with various teams across the Americas to ensure its uniform and effective implementation. His previous roles include CISO and First Line Risk positions at CIT Group, TD Bank Group, Fannie Mae, and Xerox Corporation. Prior to joining MUFG, Paul was the Head of Technology and Shared Services at Protego Trust Bank. Paul brings a wealth of expertise in risk, technology, and cybersecurity transformation.

Marie is a Director covering the Tri-State area for the Growth & Middle Market Technology group, where she has been for the past two and a half years. She brings over 16 years of corporate banking at HSBC, having held a variety of roles across Australia, Hong Kong, and New York. Most recently, she covered late-stage technology clients in San Francisco. At MUFG, she focuses on working with growth-stage and sponsor backed technology companies, delivering tailored banking solutions across credit, treasury, and capital markets. Marie holds a Bachelor of Economics, and a Master’s in Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Sydney. Marie is also FINRA licensed ( SIE, Series 79 and 63).

Priya is the Managing Director for National VC coverage and Business Development at MUFG. Prior to joining the bank, she was at SVB for 16 years and was responsible for leading Global Markets banking practice for India, MENA, and SEA with a focus on technology and innovation, cross-border clients. Prior to this role, she was Director of Early-Stage Practice where she oversaw enterprise-wide university engagement strategy and closely worked with top-tier incubators and accelerators. Priya sits on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as an advisor at Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.
