Joana is a Relationship Manager on the NorCal Tech Team bringing over a decade of tech industry expertise guiding software companies in the growth stage through complex debt solutions and international banking. She was part of the founding team that built the new middle market tech lending division at MUFG and Union Bank. Joana is responsible for business development and managing a portfolio of private and public tech companies. She’s originated $1B+ syndicated and bilateral debt deals for working capital, M&A transactions, and geographical expansion.
